I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with ARBA LIVING Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing, or servicing the air condition and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from ARBA LIVING for the remainder of my years in Nashville Tennessee.

I have lived here for over 9 years (that should say something) — since I first came to Nashville. Ms Makayla and Chinese (the assistant and managing property managers) ALWAYS get back to me whenever I have a problem. Chinese made sure my stove was fixed ON CHRISTMAS EVE so we could cook on Christmas! They are very receptive, kind, caring, accommodating and always get back to you no matter how busy they are. There has also been a lot of renovations to update the property and apartments.

We appreciate the time, effort, and dedication Mrs. London has put into the progress of this community, her willingness to create a comfortable teamwork environment, her enthusiastic problem-solving abilities when it comes to opening the lines of communication, and her desire to help as much as possible when things get overblown. Ms. London is a great manager for always being aware of the best daily improvements this property has to develop and her efforts to carry out each of these projects.

The property Manager Chinise went above and beyond to make sure we were put in the right unit that fits us. Chinise made sure the unit was clean and everything was working properly and in great condition. Love the apartment 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Living at the Highlands has been amazing. The manager Chinise took the time to walk me through all the amenities and you can tell she truly cares about the residents.

We love our new home here at Highland on BRILEY! The office and maintenance staff are top notch, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office manager took her valuable time to tour us, showing us all of the detailed amenities. I would recommend this apt. complex to all; hats off to all who work here!
